Green Summer Volunteer Compaign launched

LHU on July 30 organized the 2022 Green Summer Volunteer Campaign commencement ceremony for its students with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Trung Phuong - Secretary of Party Committee, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Vice Secretary of Party Committee, Vice Rector; Ms. Truong Le Bao Trinh - Secretary of Youth Union; Mr. Cao Phan Quang - Vice Secretary of Youth Union; comrades and 30 voluntary students.

This year, the Youth Union expanded the breadth of the campaign to the front of Phu Ly commune, Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province.

At the ceremony, Comrade Truong Le Bao Trinh - Secretary of the Youth Union gave the Party Committee and the University Management Board an overview of the campaign's programs. Volunteers will join in various activities such as upgrading roads; coordinating with medical facilities in Bien Hoa city to organize free medical examination and treatment and give free medicines to lonely elderly households,... and Cho Ro people, donating 10 sets of computers and training how to use them for 9 hamlets and the Youth Union of Phu Ly commune, donating new notebooks to studious poor children, implementing the project of an outdoor play area for Phu Ly Primary School, sports exchanges and summer activities with union members and children in the commune,...
