Cooperation meeting between LHU and Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology

On the afternoon of July 31, 2023, LHU had a talk with Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology (AEUST), Taiwan to discuss education cooperation programs between the two sides.

AEUST were represented by Prof. Mao-Chuan Huang - President; Mr. Hung His Kuo - Dean of Department of Electrical Engineering; Ms. Nguyen Huynh Lien - Lecturer. From LHU, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; Mr. Hoang Tien Dung - Deputy Head of Office of International Affairs and related staff.

AEUST was established in 1968 by the Far Eastern Group, with a total size of more than 5,000 students. It offers multidisciplinary training programs, aiming to help learners experience right at the university and provides positive, friendly and modern learning spaces.

At the meeting, AEUST proposed LHU to cooperate in the student exchange programs and the 3+1, 2+2 programs. At the same time, with the strengths of training in technical fields such as Electrical - Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc., the two sides wished to promote exchange programs and scholarship programs for students between the two universities.
