- Passport scanned copy;

- 4*8 white background color photo, collared shirt;

- 4*8 white background color photo, collared shirt;

- Diplomas: High school (studying at University), University (studying for masters), Masters (studying for PhD), transcripts (notarized translation of English) and consular legalization at Vietnamese diplomatic missions in your country of qualifications;

- Vietnamese B2 certificate (apply for Master, PhD);

1. 2. Application Procedures

Step 1: Fill out the admission application, prepare documents as above;

Step 2: Pay tuition fees, admission fees, send transfer information to the person in charge of International Affairs that you contact;

Step 3: Office of International Affairs will send you the admission notice, admission decision, entry acceptance letter of Vietnam Immigration Department via E-mail or post (if required).

Step 3: Office of International Affairs will send you the admission notice, admission decision, entry acceptance letter of Vietnam Immigration Department via E-mail or post (if required).

1. 3. Visa and Residency Procedure

Step 1: You need to have: passport, admission notice, entry acceptance letter of Vietnam Immigration Department to the nearest Vietnamese diplomatic mission to apply for visa.

Step 2: Enter Vietnam and go to the school for admission. (Please contact the Office of International Affairs in advance for arrangements for your reception).

Step 3: Within 1 month after entry, Office of International Affairs will help you declare temporary residence in Vietnam and complete your temporary residence documents.

Step 2: Enter Vietnam and go to the school for admission. (Please contact the Office of International Affairs in advance for arrangements for your reception).

Step 3: Within 1 month after entry, Office of International Affairs will help you declare temporary residence in Vietnam and complete your temporary residence documents.
