Historical Background

Established in 1997, The Faculty of Administration and International Economics (AIE) was previously known as Economics Faculty, which was later separated into Faculty of Administration and International Economics in 2005. The AIE is in charge of training with undergraduate degrees for Business Administration (BA), Foreign Trade, Economic Law, Tourism and Travel Services Management.

Over the last years, AIE has gained many achievements, specifically has been honored with the recognition of the province and from MOET including “Certificate of merit from MOET for excellent working completing in the academic year 2012-2013”; “Certificate of merit from People’s Committee of Dong Nai for excellent working completing from the academic year 2014-2015 to 2015-2016”; “Certificate of merit from MOET for outstanding labor in the academic year 2014-2015”; "Certificate of Merit from the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province for the 2016-2017 academic year according to Decision No. 4090/QĐ-UBND dated November 15, 2017, by the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province"; "Excellent Emulation Flag from the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province for the 2021-2022 academic year according to Decision No. 2728/QĐ-UBND dated October 7, 2022, by the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province"; "Certificate of Merit for Excellent Labor Collective from the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province for outstanding achievements in the 2022-2023 academic year, contributing to the completion of socio-economic development tasks in Dong Nai Province according to Decision No. 1973/QĐ-UBND dated August 17, 2023, by the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province".  Moreover, AIE has had over 150 publications of lecturers in national and international scientific journals.
