    [FAIE: International Business] Council for Developing the International Business Training Program 2025

    On the afternoon of 12 March 2025, The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University organized the Council for Developing Learning Outcomes and the Training Program for the International Business major, Cohort 2025. This important event attracted the participation of numerous lecturers, students from various cohorts, and especially leading experts in the field of international business.

    The Council for developing the training program was chaired by PhD Nguyen Van Tan, Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, who delivered insightful remarks on the importance of evaluating and updating the curriculum to meet the practical demands of the labor market. Co-chairing the session was MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics.

    MB Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, representing the major, presented in detail the training program, the expected learning outcomes, and the revisions and improvements made to the curriculum.

    A highlight of the Council was the feedback and critical comments from distinguished guests with extensive experience in international business:

    • Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Import–Export Association, shared practical experiences and offered recommendations to ensure the curriculum aligns closely with enterprise needs.

    • Mr. Nguyen Hung Vy, Import–Export Director of Tessellation Vietnam, emphasized the importance of practical skills and adaptability in the dynamic international business environment.

    • Ms. Do Thi Hong Chau, Head of the Import–Export Department at PRECISION, provided detailed comments on specialized courses and proposed additional content to be incorporated into the curriculum.

    • Ms. Vu Tran Thien Kim, Import–Export Officer at Tessellation and an alumna of the International Business major, shared practical experiences and offered valuable advice to current students.

    The experts’ contributions provided The Faculty of Administration International Economics with a more comprehensive perspective on the training program, enabling appropriate adjustments to enhance educational quality and better meet employer expectations. In addition, the active participation and feedback from students of various cohorts in the International Business major created an open and dynamic discussion atmosphere. Students had the opportunity to raise questions, express concerns, and receive thorough responses from experts and lecturers.

    The Council for Developing Learning Outcomes and the Training Program for the International Business major, Cohort 2025, concluded successfully, marking an important step forward in improving the training quality of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University. This was an opportunity for the University to gather input from multiple stakeholders, thereby refining the curriculum to ensure that students are equipped with sufficient knowledge, skills, and confidence to enter the international labor market.
