Tourism and Travel Management - A Field of Study Closely Connected to Journeys

We are students of the Tourism and Service Management major, full of passion and enthusiasm in our studies and future careers. Today, we would like to share with you about our recent professional internship at HD Travel company and Tan Phong Secondary School.

On January 28, 2024, we had the opportunity to participate in a memorable field trip to the Martyrs' Cemetery - Quoc An Khai Tuong Pagoda - Green Life Farm, along with students from Tan Phong Secondary School. This trip has brought us many valuable benefits.

Although there were moments of fatigue during the trip, we cannot deny that it was truly interesting and memorable. We had the chance to experience and learn practical knowledge about the tour guide profession. Interacting and working directly with customers has helped us better understand this career. This study tour was not just an ordinary trip, but it also had a deep meaning in exploring and understanding the tourism industry.

Not only us, but many students from Tan Phong Secondary School also became interested and eager to learn more about the tourism industry after this trip. Each of us had the opportunity to see and experience the actual work in this industry, and it has ignited our passion and interest in tourism.

We have realized that this trip not only helped us hone our professional skills, but also helped us develop soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management. This is very important for us in preparing for our careers in the tourism and travel industry.

We would like to sincerely thank HD Travel company and Tan Phong Secondary School for providing us with this opportunity. We believe that this practical field trip will make a positive contribution to our future development and success.
