"Do you truly understand all the opportunities and challenges when you are a student?"

In order to listen to the thoughts, aspirations as well as answer the difficulties and questions of students during their study at Lac Hong University. On the morning of May 9, 2024, at campus 1 of Lac Hong University, FAIE organized a "Direct Dialogue between FAIE’s Leaders and Students" for the academic year 2024 – 2025 with the participation of the FAIE’s Leadership Board - representatives of five majors and 50 students representing classe and 5 major clubs of FAIE.

Outspoken Students – Open-minded Leaders    

The dialogue began with sincere sharing from Dr. Nguyen Van Tan - Head of FAIE. He shared the vision and goals of the FAIE, and affirmed the companionship of teachers in solving the difficulties that students encounter. From teaching quality to academic issues, students did not hesitate to raise direct questions. Mr. Tan and teachers representing the major enthusiastically answered, provided solutions as well as useful advice.

TikTok: Future Platform or Just Entertainment?

An indispensable part of the dialogue was the appearance of Mr. Nguyen Vo Son - Specialist of the Center for Admissions and Public Relations, with an interesting presentation about the TikTok platform. Mr. Son not only shared how to utilize TikTok to build a personal brand but also guided students on how to professionally edit images on this platform. Students had the opportunity to learn about the importance of TikTok in building an image and how to develop creative content.

The dialogue is not only about listening and answering, but also a bridge for the FAIE’s leaders and students to better understand each other's needs and aspirations. Through that, FAIE commits to continue supporting students, creating the best conditions for them to develop themselves not only in studying but also in the soft skills which is necessary for the future.
